Mark Anderson

Mark Anderson is the head of this family-owned company, after over 30 years of experience in the flooring industry. From being a partner in building Grand Design Floors to being the owner, even now he's on the front lines, building and honoring relationships as a salesman. Mark is a father of 9 children and a Grandfather of 10. When he's not working, he loves fishing, hunting, and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren camping or at the cabin.

Tom Block

Tom loves establishing and maintaining relationships with his builders as a salesman and estimator. He got into the industry 30 years ago, after his wife, Shelly, introduced him to her brothers: Mike and Mark. Tom and Shelly have two adult children and 4 grandchildren. They are all about the lake life, often heading up north to hunt, fish and camp.

Steve Sward

Drew Anderson

Working alongside his father Mark in many roles, Drew has experience in every aspect of the flooring business. After going from warehouse work to installing, then to job supervision and scheduling, he plays an integral role in the completion of every job. Not only is he Mark's oldest son, he has a beautiful wife and 4 kids of his own that love to run around the showroom.Drew enjoys traveling, fishing, hunting, camping, and spending time with his family at the lake.

Matthew Lally

We love our Matt! He has been with Grand Design for a long while now and has moved around positions in the company. He has now taken on the role of ordering job materials and bidding jobs. Matt has grown up with the Andersons and has ultimately become an extension of their family. In his off time, Matt enjoys spending his time hunting, fishing, and hanging with friends. He is married with one adorable little daughter!

John Imolte

David Stahlmann

From being an installer, a service manager, and to now being our tile manager, Dave has a world of knowledge when it comes to knowing the ins and outs of the flooring industery. With his can-do attitude and chipper personality, he is such a joy to have around the show floor. Dave is a husband and father. When he isn’t working Dave enjoys spending time with his family and friends and on the first Friday of the month you will find him on the golf course.

Elayne Curry

In the 30 years of experience she has in the industry, Elayne has owned her own Design Business as well as run a Contracting business with her husband. Combining education, experience, thorough product knowledge and a love for design, she knows all the ins and outs of the New Construction and Remodeling process. Her expertise will team up with your taste to find the perfect floors to fit your taste and lifestyle! As a mother of three and grandmother of five, Elayne mothers everyone she meets (so make sure you've had something to eat before meeting her).

Kim Hesser

Kim has been with Grand Design Floors since day one, and has worked in the flooring industry for over 29 years. With her education and experience in flooring and design, she keeps up with today's trends to bring style and practicality to every project. She loves getting to know her clients as she walks them through designing their dream home, customizing selections to fit their taste and lifestyle.As a single mother of twin boys that keep her on her toes, she loves entertaining, cooking, football, and any activity on the water.

Brittany Kuntz

Brittany has been a good family friend of the Andersons for several years. She has a creative mind and a great eye for design. Her background and passion has always been in fields where she can use her artistic abilities. She started with Grand Design in 2020 and is looking forward to creating a lifelong career and growing with the company. Brittany started off working with retail and has recently transitioned into being an assistant to the designers! In her off time, Brittany enjoys spending every moment she can exploring the outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Laura Lallak

Laura is the second oldest of Mark’s 9 children. She worked for the Family Company for a few years in her teens and is now back helping run family business. Laura has a passion and love of learning and experiencing new things, she has learned several different roles in the company and has recently taken on the accounting and bookkeeping. As an outgoing coffee lover, she is known for bringing a different coffee mug from her travels with her. When Laura isn't working she enjoys spending time with her Husband and Son, traveling, camping in the summer, and ice fishing in the winter!

Becky Bursch

Becky has been a good family friend of the Andersons for many years, her husband and Mark grew up together. She has been in the flooring industry in various fields for several years and we are excited to have her jump on board in helping out wherever she is needed. She fits in perfectly with the Grand Design family with her bubbly personality, hard work ethic, and attention to detail. Becky and her Husband enjoy spending time with family and friends as well as spending time at their cabin up north.

Cheryl Horner

Oh how our showroom needed Cheryl! Cheryl has been with Grand Design since the beginning of 2022 and quickly has become our showroom mother. She comes from an extensive background in customer service as well as construction so we are all learning something new from her everyday. She helps keeps the showroom in order and greets everyone who walks in the door with a smile. When Cheryl isn't working, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and grandchildren!!

Dave Holland

With 47 years of experience in flooring installation, he makes the perfect Service Manager. His experience, dedication, and attention to detail ensure a job done right.Aside from loving his work and family, Dave is an avid outdoorsman, loving all things hunting, fishing and camping.

William Anderson

Number 7 of the Anderson family, William keeps the showroom laughing and lighthearted. He has really taken on the warehouse and all of the duties it entails.He loves everything with a motor, but especially his trucks and jet-skis. He has a passison for buying and flipping anything with a motor. He is an avid outdoorsman, loves fishing, hunting, and testing the limits of his dirt-biking & jet-skiing stunts.

Robert Anderson

Robert is the 2nd youngest of Marks 9 children. He is currently helping out in the warehouse part-time while finishing up school. Robert is enjoying everything he is learning about the company and with his love for everything I.T., he hopes to be Grand Designs I.T. go-to in the future. When Robert isnt helping his Brother William in the warehouse, he is enjoying having the freedom of having a drivers license and finding different skate parks where he excells in learning all sorts of tricks on his scooter.
