Payment Incentive Terms:
F1111 and final payment will be due at closing. If for any reason closing does not occur within 90 days of installation, we will require 50% of invoice to be paid, and the balance will be due at closing. If after the 90 days, the home is taken off the market, the total invoice will be due in 30 days or a lien will be filed.
